Arbourinne was founded by George W. Croutier, who previously served as Chief Operating Officer of a private bank in Puerto Rico. As an early member of the leadership team, George was responsible for building core operational infrastructure and supporting the development of institutional relationships with correspondent and custodian partners. During his tenure, he led onboarding initiatives with Tier 1 custodian and correspondent relationships in the United States, the United Kingdom, the Bahamas and Switzerland.

George now advises a portfolio of primarily high-net-worth clients and professional intermediaries, assisting with complex institutional onboarding and account openings across multiple jurisdictions. His inside-the-bank perspective informs how we package cases, communicate with compliance and shorten the distance from submission to decision.
